Hourly

Clients needing occasional assistance will be billed at a $20 hourly rate. Billing will be calculated in 15-minute increments after the first hour. A detailed time sheet will be provided. There is a one-hour minimum for service. Call today for a free quote on your project.

Retainer Plans
Clients who would like to retain administrative services on a monthly basis can choose a retainer plan. Discounts are available for having a retainer agreement in place.

• Plan 1 - Retainer of 10 hours per month (10% off the regular hourly rate)
• Plan 2 - Retainer of 15 hours per month (15% off the regular hourly rate)
• Plan 3 - Retainer of 20 hours per month (20% off the regular hourly rate) 

 *Clients will also be charged-back all incidental costs such as photocopies and postage.
