Darlene L. Migas


Darlene Migas owns and operates Always AssistantAlways Assistant opened in 2006 after Ms. Migas recognized the benefits of virtually assisting clients. With over 15 years of administrative experience, Ms. Migas’ career includes experience in public and private sectors. Her resume consists of managing daily office operations at an executive level; word processing; calendar management; database management; serving as a liaison to a Board of Trustees, agency directors, public officials and the general public; and coordinating Board, committee meetings and special events for non-profits.

 

Ms. Migas has established and successfully maintained virtual clients through Odesk.com. She has also achieved top placement in telephone etiquette, office skills, email etiquette and MS Excel 2007 certification through Odesk.com with a membership of over 238,575 competing virtual assistants

 

Before Always Assistant was founded, Ms. Migas spent eight years as an Executive Secretary for the HCCMHB in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was also an Administrative Assistant for Manpower Technical Service’s southwest regional office in Cincinnati, Ohio, and a Secretary for the Lake County ADAMHS Board in Painesville, Ohio.
